1Agreement Acceptance

This User Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between you ("User" or "you") and clonzone Inc. ("Platform" or "we") governing your use of the Mac cloud computing services and related features ("Services") provided by this platform. Please read it carefully before using the Services, paying particular attention to provisions regarding limitation and exclusion of liability.

                                By clicking "Agree", "Start Now", or any similar confirmation action, or by accessing and using the Services in any way, you acknowledge that you have fully read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you object to any provision, please stop using and exit the platform immediately.
                            

2Service Description and Changes

2.1 Core Service Description

This platform provides cloud computing resource rental services based on real Apple Mac physical hardware. We reserve the right to reasonably adjust service features, content, technical specifications, or delivery methods at any time based on operational needs.

2.2 Service Continuity

We will make every effort to ensure continuous and stable service operation, but cannot guarantee permanent availability or zero downtime. You acknowledge that brief interruptions may occur due to network fluctuations, natural hardware wear, scheduled maintenance, and other objective factors. Platform liability is governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties.

2.3 Third-Party Component Integration

This platform may integrate plugins or modules provided by third-party partners. We make no warranties of any kind regarding such third-party services, and assume no joint or incidental liability.

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

You warrant that all information provided during account registration and subsequent use is true, accurate, complete, and up to date. You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from false information or failure to update your account details.

3.2 Credential Security

You are responsible for keeping all account credentials safe, including but not limited to usernames, passwords, and SSH keys.

                                All actions taken using your account credentials are deemed authorized by you, and you bear all corresponding legal responsibility. If you discover unauthorized access or suspicious login activity, contact us immediately and take appropriate action.
                            

4Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Model

This platform uses a prepaid model. Users must pay in full before service activation. All plan prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of taxes. Users are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes in accordance with local laws.

4.2 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments made by users are non-refundable, including prepaid account balances and purchased but unused service time. This platform retains the final right to interpret this policy.

4.3 Price Changes

This platform reserves the right to adjust service prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance via platform announcements or account notifications. Renewals are billed at the prevailing price at the time of renewal.

5User Code of Conduct

While using all platform services, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Violating any laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements of any applicable jurisdiction;
Infringing upon others' copyrights, patents, privacy rights, or other legally protected interests;
Sending spam, conducting phishing, or engaging in any form of online fraud;
Conducting unauthorized port scanning, network penetration testing, or distributing trojans or malicious code;
Mining cryptocurrency or digital assets in any form (unless prior written authorization has been obtained from us);
Excessively consuming or maliciously abusing platform computing resources in a way that affects other users.

Upon discovery of any violation, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access without prior notice, delete related data without refund, and pursue legal liability as permitted by law.

6Data Rights and Management

6.1 Data Ownership

All data you upload or store on the platform servers belongs solely to you. This platform makes no claim of any kind over your data content.

6.2 Data Backup Responsibility

                                Users are solely responsible for backing up and protecting all their data. Even if the platform provides backup tools, these are optional features and do not constitute any express or implied guarantee of data integrity or security.
                            

6.3 Personal Data Processing

You agree that the platform may collect, store, and process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

This platform's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this platform expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will meet all your business expectations, nor that they will operate uninterrupted, respond instantly, be fully accurate, or be error-free at any time.

8Limitation of Liability

In no event shall this platform, its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption), even if the platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any damages (whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total service fees you actually paid to this platform in the one month preceding the dispute.

9Suspension and Termination of Service

9.1 User-Initiated Termination

You may stop using all or part of the platform's services at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

9.2 Platform-Initiated Termination

If we have reasonable grounds to determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement, we may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services at any time without liability. Upon termination, this platform may immediately delete all data and records stored on our servers.

10General Provisions

10.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where clonzone is registered. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration body in the jurisdiction of registration.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the platform services and supersedes all prior written and oral communications, representations, and agreements on the same subject.
